采用电化学刻蚀处理钛基材,再通过涂覆、烧结的方法制备出钛基IrO2-Ta2 O5电极.与喷砂处理相比,经电化学刻蚀处理后,钛基材表面的凹坑分布更均匀,涂覆涂层后的钛基IrO2-Ta2 O5电极的表面凹坑深浅均匀,呈规则分布.强化寿命测试结果表明,经电化学刻蚀处理后制备的钛电极强化寿命平均值达到20 d,比喷砂处理后制备的电极寿命(16 d)显著提高20%;电化学刻蚀处理后制成的钛电极析氧电位为1.62~1.73 V,明显低于喷砂后制备的钛电极(1.92 V),电解时可降低电耗.
Titanium substrate IrO2-Ta2 O5 electrodes were successfully prepared by electrochemical etching surface treatment,coating and sintering. After the electrochemical etching treatment,the pits on the surface of the titanium substrate are more evenly distributed,and the surface pits of the titanium-based IrO2-Ta2 O5 electrode after coating the cap layer are uniformity and evenly distributed. And the accelerated life times test show that the accelerated life time of the anode samples by electrochemical etching treatment is 20 d,20% higher than that of the sand-blasting samples, which is 16 d. The oxygen evolution potential of the anode samples by electrochemical etching treatment is only 1. 62~1. 73 V,which is significantly lower than the sand-blasting samples,and a large number of power consumption could be reduced in electrolysis.
