将不同Ce含量的A1-8Mg-0.5Mn合金在Gleeble 3500热力模拟机上以50%变形量进行单道次压缩,变形温度为350,400,450 ℃,变形速率为0.1,1.0,5.0s-1.通过应力-应变曲线分析,得到不含Ce及含0.01%Ce,1.5% Ce的A1-8Mg-0.5Mn合金热变形本构方程.A1-8 Mg-0.5Mn合金不含Ce时,热变形激活能为168.4 kJ·mol-;含0.01%Ce时,激活能为154.2 kJ.mo1-1;含1.5%Ce时,激活能为191.6 kJ·mo1-1.表明含0.01%Ce可以降低高镁铝合金的热激活能,使合金的热塑性增加,变形抗力降低;Ce含量较高,如达到1.5%时,合金的热激活能将增加,变形抗力增大.
The 50% hot deformation experiments of A1-8Mg-0.5Mn with different contents of Ce were conducted using Gleeble 3500 simulator.The deformation temperatures were 350,400 and 450 ℃ respectively;and strain rates were 0.1,1.0 and 5.0 s-1,respectively.The constitutive equations of A1-8Mg-0.5Mn with 0%,0.01% and 1.5% Ce were calculated by the curve of strain and stress.The activation energy of A1-8Mg-0.5Mn alloy without Ce was 168.4 kJ·mo1-1,however the energy was 154.2 kJ·mo1-1 for the alloy with 0.01% Ce and 191.6 kJ·mol-1 with 1.5% Ce.The results showed that adding minor rare earth for A1-8Mg-0.5Mn alloy could decrease the thermal activation energy and increased its ductility.However,the activation energy and deformation resistance increased when Ce beyond a certain contents.
