根据弱磁性白云鄂博稀土尾矿在N2环境下升温-降温过程中磁化率的变化,确定尾矿经磁化焙烧、弱磁选回收铁的可行性.对样品进行原位XRD分析进一步证实了在升温过程温度升至580℃时Fe3 O4开始出现.通过大量实验,在N2气氛、无任何添加还原剂的情况下直接磁化焙烧,之后用弱磁选回收铁,发现在焙烧温度800℃,磁选粒度在-45~+74 μm之间时,精矿中的TFe由尾矿的17%提高到61.5%,实现了76.8%回收率的良好指标.
The magnetic susceptibility measurement on weak magnetic minerals of Bayan Obo tailing under N2 atmosphere in a heating-cooling process indicated that the minerals could be magnetized by roasting in this condition.In situ XRD at high temperature confirmed the occurrence of Fe304 at 560 ℃ during cooling.The roasting experiments under N2 atmosphere was done without any reductant added,TFe content in the magnetic concentrate was increased from 17% to 61.5% in the tailing and good recovery rate was achieved 76.8% when roast temperature was 800 ℃ and the mineral size for magnetic separation was between-45 ~+ 74 μm.
