针对金山金矿0~162 m中段以前一直采用空场采矿法开采,并留有大量的边角矿、矿柱等残矿资源,创新性地将全无轨机械化开采技术应用于残矿回采.介绍了残矿整体回采方案及现场工业试验.试验取得了较好的技术经济指标:采矿生产能力162 t/d,采矿直接成本33.23元/t;推广应用获利3000多万元,经济效益可观,且充分回收了宝贵矿产资源,社会效益显著.
@@@@leaves large amounts of residual resources like offcut ore blocks and pillars ,an innovative using trackless and mecha-nized approach is applied in the recovery of residues .The paper introduced the overall recovery design and field indus-trial tests.The approach achieved satisfactory economic indexes with the mining production of 162 t/d and direct min-ing costs of 33.23 yuan/t.the benefits from the promotion of application reach 30 million yuan indicating an enormous income and eminent social benefits by making full use of mineral resources .
