@@@@The paper takes Hexi gold mine for an example and illustrates the necessity and urgency for gold mines to implement economical and intensive development strategies .In the practice,the strategies mainly include establis-hing specific management systems ,innovating techniques according to mining conditions ,perfecting filling technology and filling systems,expanding safety investment,improving resources utilization,optimizing processing techniques,ex-tending exploration to increase reserves ,lowering indexes to make full use of resources at hand and recovering compre-hensively with least waste of useful materials .These 8 measures significantly increased economic benefits gained by mines and are referential to others.
