牢固树立“安全生产能力是矿山企业第一竞争力”的理念，根据金洲矿业公司生产实际及新形势的发展要求，从体系构建、教育培训、机制建设、科技进步、文化倡树等层面，与时俱进地探索创新安全管理的有效途径，真正做到了思想重视、监管有力、保障到位，连续多年实现零工亡、零重大环保事故的“双零”目标，保证了矿山的持续稳定健康发展，为矿山企业的安全管理提供了有益的启示。
That safety production capacity comes first in mining enterprises should be firmly put in mind .And ac-cording to real conditions of mine production and new trends of development ,management capacity should be improved from such aspects as system building ,education training ,mechanism construction ,technical progress and cultural advo-cations.The goal of concentration ,powerful supervision ,proper insurance has to be seeked and two zeroes that are zero death and zero environmental accident are achieved ,guaranteeing sustainable development and providing guidance of safety management for mines .
