中国第一座采用原矿焙烧工艺的紫木凼金矿黄金冶炼厂经过7年的运行，基本达到了设计生产能力。但由于设备老化，焙烧效果不好，金浸出指标下滑，再加上近年来原矿金品位下降，致使企业经济效益降低。通过对沸腾焙烧炉、气-气换热器、旋风收尘器、炉前风机和尾排风机、尾气吸收系统的改造，使金回收率大幅提高，各项指标得以改善，从而使该工艺更趋完善。
Zimudang gold smeltery ,the first smeltery applying whole ore roasting in China ,has been running for 7 years and roughly reaches the designed capacity .But with the problems like aging equipment ,bad roasting effect ,de-creasing leaching rate as well as the grade decline in gold ores ,profits of enterprises are becoming scarce and produc-tion seems hard to sustain .Gold recovery rate is increased by the optimization of fluidized bed roaster ,air-air heat ex-changer ,rotoclone collector , stoke hole fan and exhaust blower , and off-gas collection system .Each indicator is en-hanced making the process more complete .
