对多金属复杂金精矿硫酸化焙烧主要反应热力学数据进行计算,导出ΔG0T -T函数,并绘制ΔG0T -T图和lg pSO2-lg pO2图。经分析可知,焙烧温度和焙烧气氛对多金属复杂金精矿硫酸化焙烧效果影响显著。对比高氧压气氛焙烧和常规氧压气氛焙烧lg pSO2-lg pO2图得出,高氧压更有利于硫酸化焙烧。在高氧压气氛条件下(pO2=0.42×105 Pa),硫酸化焙烧最适温度控制为963 K,温度控制上限为1055 K。

ΔG0T-T function of main chemical reaction of poly-metallic and complex gold concentrate in the process of sulphation roasting was calculated thermodynamically .Then the relation diagram was drawn for ΔG0T-T chart and lg pSO2-lg pO2 chart.The analysis of thermodynamics calculation data shows that the roasting temperature and the gase -ous phase composition affect the roasting quality significantly .By contrast illustrated on the lg pSO2-lg pO2 chart,the higher the oxygen pressure goes ,the more easily the sulphate synthesis is done .Under the high oxygen pressure condi-tion (pO2 =0.42 ×105 Pa),the optimal roasting temperature and the ceiling temperature respectively were 963 K and 1 055 K.
