深孔爆破一次成井是解决天井掘进困难、加快天井施工和降低掘进成本的有效方法。针对全段高一次爆破扩井的技术难题,从炸药爆破后产生的峰值应力及其衰减规律和岩石裂隙区范围的计算分析,验证了一次扩井的可行性。以金厂沟梁金矿38 m高的竖直通风天井为工程背景,通过对工程现场实际情况的分析,提出了爆破方案,介绍了一次爆破扩井试验。试验结果达到了预期的效果,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
Once-through shaping using deep hole blasting is an effective way to solve raising difficulties ,speed up raising construction and lower raising cost .In view of the technical problems of once-through shaping technology by mining level height blasting ,analyzing the calculation of the stress peak and its attenuation regularities after explosive blasting together with the range of rock fracture zone ,the paper verifies the feasibility of once-through shaping .In the engineering background of a 38 m high upright ventilation shaft in Jinchanggouliang Gold Mine ,the blasting scheme is proposed through the analysis of the existing conditions in the field , and an experiment about once-through shaping blasting is introduced in this paper .Experimental results achieve the desired effect ,referable to similar projects .
