级进模在黄金制品生产中的成功应用，实现了在1台CIN冲床上完成冲孔、压制、冲裁等多道工序，减少了多副模具的周转和重复定位，显著提高了劳动生产率和设备利用率，缩短了生产周期。经过2年多的不断研究探索和生产实践，山东招金金银精炼有限公司在生产简单黄金制品的基础上，进一步将级进模应用到复杂产品的生产中，并实现了批量化生产。
The successful application of progressive die in gold manufacture makes it possible that processes like punching,compressing and blanking are completed on one CIN punch ,avoiding turnovers of many dies and repeated fixation and thus significantly improves labor productivity and utilization rate of equipment , reducing production cir-cles.In 2 years'time,Gold and Silver Refinement Co .,Ltd.,Shandong Zhaojin Group Corporation based on the produc-tion of simple gold manufacture further applies progressive die to the production of complex products and realizes bulk production .
