随着易处理金矿的不断开采,可直接氰化提取的易处理金矿床资源日趋枯竭,难处理(难浸)金矿已成为金矿的重要新资源,因此如何有效处理该类金矿石成为目前研究的重要课题。超细磨技术通过其强大的细磨能力,使包裹在矿物中的微细粒金暴露,便于后续氰化浸出,是一条基于物理方法的新技术路线,对环境污染小,在难处理金矿石提金中具有广阔的发展前景。详细介绍了工业应用的超细磨设备以及其在国外难处理金矿中的应用。
With gold ores that are easy to treat running out ,direct cyanide leaching may work on fewer gold de-posits which makes refractory gold ores new important resources to mine and corresponding technology to leach them needs developing .The ultra-fine grinding technology displays a powerful fine grinding capability which makes micro-fine grains wrapped in mineral expose themselves and susceptible to cyanidation and is an innovative technique based on physical processing ,having little environmental impact and showing great potentials in treating refractory gold ores . The paper in detail introduced the ultra-fine grinding equipment and its application in overseas refractory gold ores .
