针对潼关矿业公司640分矿1号盲斜井提升电控系统,即交流串电阻电控系统,在使用过程中耗能严重、自动化程度低、维护量大、效率低,而且存在现场操作环境恶略等问题,提出并设计了一套由PLC控制变频器的交流电控系统改造方案。详细介绍了提升电控系统改造方案和改造过程。改造后的电控系统投入运行后,取得了很好的应用效果。可为类似盲斜井提升电控系统改造提供参考。
Facing the problems in the electric control hoist system in No .1 inclined shaft of Branch 640 in Tong-guan mining company that are , for the currently used alternating current resistance control system , high energy con-sumption ,low level of automation , large maintenance work required , poor efficiency as well as the insufferable filed working conditions ,the paper comes up with and designs a set of improvement scheme including the electric control system which uses PLC to control theconverter ,detailing the system design ideas and processes .The improvement of the system is put into operation and proves to be good ,providing guidance for similar operations .
