浮选机是选别金矿、铜矿、钼矿、铁矿等的硫化矿物不可缺少的设备之一。系统地介绍了SJF10、SJF30圆型浮选机的特点以及在焦家金矿6000 t/d选矿厂的应用情况。应用结果表明，在原矿品位4．20 g/t的情况下，精矿品位79．85 g/t，尾矿品位0．17 g/t，浮选回收率96．15％；同常规方形槽充气式浮选机相比，精矿品位提高6 g/t，浮选回收率提高0．8％，节能效果提高15％，减少占地面积30％，可提高3％～5％的经济效益，获得了良好的应用效果。
Flotation machines are one of the facilities used for processing sulfide minerals like gold ,copper,mo-lybdenum and iron ores .The paper systematically introduced characteristics of SJF 10 , SJF30 round-shaped flotation machine and their application status in Jiaojia 6 000 t/d capacity ore-dressing plant .The application results show that when raw ores grade is 4.20 g/t,concentrates grade 79.85 g/t,tailings grade 0.17 g/t,the flotation recovery rate rea-ches 96.15%.Compared with conventional square-shaped machines,the concentrates grade is improved by 6 g/t,flo-tation recovery rate by 0 .8%,energy consumption is reduced by 15 %,occupation area by 30%.The machine helps increase economic interests by 3 %to 5 %,achieving satisfactory results .
