在充分分析国有企业融资现状的基础上，结合中国黄金集团公司融资战略研究，研究提出了股债交替与孵化注资相结合的融资方式。通过拓宽融资渠道和创新融资方式及融资战略的实施，取得了很好的融资效果，为企业的健康、持续和快速发展提供了支持和保障，同时为国家经济发展做出更大的贡献。
The paper based on thorough analysis of financing status of state-owned mining enterprises in China and associating the financing strategy of China National Gold Group,puts forward the combined financing approach of equity-debt conversion and incubation capital injection.Financing effects are satisfactory by broadening financing channels,innovating financing approaches and the implementation of them.Healthy,sustainable and rapid development is guaranteed and supported,contributing more to the development of national economy.
