采用酸化-硫化沉淀工艺处理紫金山金矿吸附贫液,铜回收率为91.43%,氰回收率为92.31%,处理后溶液中总铜的质量浓度为11.14 mg/L,处理药剂成本为1.52元/t(水),经济效益为5.35元/t (水)。该处理工艺药剂成本低,可回收氰化物和有价金属铜,经济效益、环境效益显著,是处理含铜氰化贫液较为理想的方法之一。

This paper used acidification-sulphidization process to treat adsorption lean solution in Zijinshan Gold Mine.The recovery rate of copper is 91.43%,of cyanide is 92.31%,total copper mass concentration in treated solu-tion is 11.14 mg/L,agent cost is 1.52yuan/t(water),economic profit is 5.35 yuan(water).The process,which has low agent cost,the ability to recover cyanide and copper,displays remarkable comprehensive benefits in social,eco-nomical and environmental aspects,and is one of the ideal processes for the treatment of copper-containing cyanide so-lution.
