行为文化是企业文化的重要载体,是企业文化落地的关键环节。没有行为文化,企业文化就无法实现。正确认识行为文化的内涵和重要意义,对于深化企业文化建设具有深刻影响。结合国有矿山企业的特点,以培育符合企业价值观的员工行为习惯为落脚点,围绕管理体系建设、学习工作环境创造、先进模范人物培养和主题实践活动开展等4个层面,科学规范和引导员工践行企业文化,真正做到了内化于心、外化于行,实现了员工行为与企业价值的互相融合、互相作用的有机统一,为企业科学健康发展创造着源源不断的驱动力。
Behavior culture is an important carrier of enterprise cultures and is key to the carrying-out of them. Without behavior culture ,enterprise culture can not be lived out .To rightfully understand the connotation and signifi-cance of behavior culture will immensely influence further construction of enterprise culture .Based on features of state-owned mines and aiming to cultivate employee behavior practices that are consistent to enterprise values ,management system building ,learning and working environment making ,model characters training and theme activities conducting are carried out as 4 central aspects which scientifically regulate and guide employees in implementing enterprise cul -ture and contribute to understanding of the ideology and its manifestation ,helpful to the unity of employees'behavior and enterprise values ,motivating healthy and persistent development of enterprises .
