奶子沟金矿床分布于夹皮沟成矿带南部高级变质区中。矿体围岩为晚侏罗世奶子沟岩体二长花岗岩、中太古代变质深成侵入体东北岔片麻岩及古家沟片麻岩。控矿构造主要为张扭性北西向断裂带，其次为近东西向压扭性断裂带。矿石类型为破碎带蚀变岩型，蚀变矿物主要有硅化石英、绢云母、黄铁矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿等，金品位与硅化石英及黄铜矿、方铅矿关系密切。结合重力资料及区域矿床分布特征，认为该矿床的发现具有重要的找矿意义。
Naizigou Gold Deposit is located in the southern metamorphic region of Jiapigou mineralization belt . Surrounding rocks are late Jurassic monzonitic granite ,gneiss from the northeastern branch of deep Mesoarchean meta-morphic intrusion and Gujiagou gneiss .Ore-controlling structures are primarily NW trending transtension fault , and secondly the near WE transpressional fault .Ore belongs to broken belt alteration type and the altered minerals mainly are silicified quartz,sericite,pyrite,chalcopyrite,galena and so on.Among them,gold grade is closely related to silici-fied quartz,chalcopyrite and galena .Considering the gravity data and regional deposit distribution features ,the paper regards the discovery of the deposit as significant for prospecting .
