针对金源矿业公司大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法在实际生产过程中,由于采场跨度过大,回采过程中普遍出现的冒顶、片帮等安全问题,提出了分矿房矿柱的中深孔凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法;采用岩土工程专用分析软件FLAC3D ,经数值模拟分析回采过程,确定合理的采场跨度参数;模拟结果为金源矿业公司J5矿体后续回采整体规划及采场结构参数调整发挥了重要的指导作用,确保了井下生产安全。
The major mining methods are large diameter long-hole drilling and sublevel open stoping with delayed filling in Jinyuan Mining Co.,Because of the large span,there have been some safety problems like roof caving and wall caving during production.So,the method of medium-long hole drilling and sublevel open stoping with delayed filling dependent on chambers and pillars is proposed.Proper span of the stope is determined after numerical simulation and analysis of the stoping process using FLAC3D .The results played an important role in the outline designing of subse-quent stoping of J5 orebody and the adjustment of stope structure parameters,ensuring safety operation in underground mining.
