甲玛多金属矿选矿厂针对其矿石性质发生的变化,将选别流程进行了调整优化,同时对浮选设备及辅助设备进行了技术改造。改造后,工艺流程比较稳定,各选别作业矿浆循环量平衡,在原矿品位 Cu 0.673%、Mo 0.018%、Au 0.357 g/t、Ag 20.607 g/t 情况下,获得Cu品位23.237%、Mo品位0.422%、Au品位8.998 g/t、Ag品位495.12 g/t的混合精矿,混合浮选回收率为Cu 89.924%、Mo 59.705%、Au 65.780%、Ag 62.666%,浮选技术指标较为理想。
In light of the ore property change in Jiama polymetallic mine,the ore-dressing plant modified the sepa-ration process and at the same time renovated the flotation equipment and auxiliary facilities.After renovation,the flow-sheet is stable,and every stream has a balanced slurry cycling.The flotation effect is satisfactory.Under the condition that Cu grade is 23.237%,Mo is 0.018%,Au is 0.357 g/t and Ag is 20.607 g/t in crude ores,a mixed concentrate with Cu grade of 23.237%,Mo 0.422%,Au 8.998 g/t and Ag 495.12 g/t is obtained and the recovery rates of the mixed flotation are Cu 89.924%,Mo 59.705%,Au 65.780%,Ag 62.666%respectively.The flotation indexes are satisfactory.
