针对某铅锌多金属矿石进行了充分的试验探索和全面的试验研究,实现了多金属的有效分离,取得了较为理想的试验指标。原矿优先浮铅—铅尾矿浮锌—锌尾矿浮硫闭路试验获得了铅精矿铅回收率90.59%、铅品位51.86%,锌精矿锌回收率76.34%、锌品位41.25%,硫精矿硫回收率71.55%、硫品位47.81%的较好指标,且各产品含杂均达到了合格产品要求,经济效益显著。
One lead-zinc polymetallic ore is fully explored and experimentally researched, achieving effective polymetallic separation and satisfactory test indexes.The closed circuit of preferential flotation of primary ores-zinc flotation from lead tailings-sulfur flotation from zinc tailings can obtain lead concentrates with lead recovery rate of 90.59 % and lead grade of 51.86 %; zinc concentrates with zinc recovery rate of 76.34 % and zinc grade of 41.25 %; sulfur concentrates with sulfur recovery rate of 71.55%and sulfur grade of 47.81%.Satisfactory indexes are achieved and the impurity content is within required standard.The economic profits are notable.
