硫化矿床中的伴生金因在矿石中具有复杂的赋存状态和连生关系,以至很难得到最大限度的回收. 针对某含伴生金硫化铅锌矿,采用草酸作为伴生金的活化剂,并着重探讨了草酸对矿石中伴生金浮选回收率的影响. 在对矿石进行系统的工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过浮选溶液化学计算分析、矿浆电位的测定,分析对比了几种工业常用的金活化剂对该矿石中伴生金活化性能的影响. 其结果表明:草酸对伴生金的活化效果最好;在原矿金品位4 .23 g/t时,加入草酸作为活化剂,全流程浮选闭路试验获得了金品位157.2 g/t的含金铅精矿,金的总回收率达到90.04 %,相比未加入草酸时金总回收率提高了8 .22 %.
It's difficult to recover associated gold from sulfide deposits to the largest extent as occurrence and in-terlocking relation between the associated gold and other minerals are rather complex.The paper concerns one gold as-sociated Pb-Zn sulfide deposit.The research substantially focus on exploring the effects of the oxalic acid on the re-covery rate of associated gold flotation with the introduction of the oxalic acid as the activator of associated gold.Based on the systematic study of process mineralogy,the paper mainly analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the activation effect compared with several gold activators commonly used in industry through chemical calculation and analysis of flotation solution and the measurement of pulp potential in flotation.On the basis of ores containing gold 4.23 g/t,the closed circuit has achieved gold-bearing lead concentrates with gold grade of 157.2 g/t and total gold recovery is 90.04 %with the addition of oxalic acid as the activator,increased by 8.22 %compared to that with no addition of oxalic acid.
