对河北某金矿区矿石进行了硫脲浸金试验研究。试验分别考察了硫脲质量浓度、Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度、浸出时间、浸出方式、pH值等条件对金浸出率的影响。其结果表明,在保证足够硫脲质量浓度的前提下,氧化剂Fe (Ⅲ)与硫脲质量浓度比是影响金浸出效果的第一要素。在Fe(Ⅲ)与硫脲质量浓度比为3.6∶50,连续浸出6 h的最佳条件下,获得了94.83%的金浸出率。

An experimental research on thiourea gold leaching process is carried out in a gold mining district in Hebei Province.The experiment investigates the influence of the mass concentration of thiourea and Fe(Ⅲ) ,leaching time,leaching means and pH on gold leaching rate respectively.The results show that with sufficient mass concentra-tion of thiourea,the ratio of oxidant Fe(Ⅲ) and thiourea mass concentration is the most influential factor.Under the optimal conditions that the ratio of Fe (Ⅲ) and thiourea mass concentration is 3 .6∶50 and the continuous leaching time is 6 h,the gold leaching rate obtained is 94.83 %.
