为了解决含颗粒金矿石样品难以加工的问题,根据含颗粒金矿石的特性,采用粗细不同的圆锉棒代替普通磨棒,且对常规棒磨桶的规格进行了变粗、变短的改进,使加工制备的含颗粒金样品的均匀性更符合检测要求。实验结果表明,与普通棒磨法及石英砂-常规棒磨法的测试结果进行比较,圆锉棒磨法加工制备的样品更具有优越性,其样品的均匀性和代表性都得到了很大的改善。

In order to solve the problem that ore samples containing particle gold are difficult to process,based on the ore property, common milling rods are replaced with round file rods of different thickness, and improvement of specifications of routine rod mill barrel has also been made in terms of thickness and length so that the uniformity of particle gold samples used in processing and fabrication better meets the requirement of testing.The experimental re-sults show that the method using round file rods to process and fabricate samples has advantages over the method of the common rod milling combining quartz sanding,and its uniformity and representativeness of samples have very much improved.
