新疆某铜铅锌矿属于难选低品位多金属硫化矿,原矿铜品位0.15%、铅品位3.52%、锌品位1.24%。针对该矿石性质,试验采用铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—铜铅尾矿选锌—锌尾矿再磁选铁的浮选流程,可获得铜品位22.30%、铜回收率68.63%的铜精矿,铅品位58.67%、铅回收率86.83%的铅精矿,锌品位42.85%、锌回收率65.32%的锌精矿,及品位67.0%的铁精矿,全铁回收率62.97%(对磁性铁的回收率为97.52%),闭路产品全部达到国家质量标准要求。

A copper lead and zinc polymetallic ore from Xinjiang belongs to refractory low-grade polymetallic sul-fide ore. The raw ore grade of Cu is 0. 15 %,Pb 3. 52 % and Zn 1. 24 % respectively. According to ore properties,a process of mixed flotation of copper and lead-separation of copper and lead-zinc recovery from copper and lead tail-ings-magnetic separation of iron from zinc tailings is employed,obtaining a copper concentrate with copper grade of 22. 30 % and recovery rate of 68. 63 %,and a lead concentrate with lead grade of 58. 67 % and lead recovery rate of 86. 83 %,and a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 42. 85 % and recovery rate of 65. 32 %,as well an iron concen-trate with grade of 67 . 0 % and recovery rate of 62 . 97 %( recovery rate by magnetic separation is 97 . 52 %) . The closed circuit has all products meet the requirements of national standard quality.
