针对福建某金矿矿石性质的变化和现场生产情况,对该金矿各矿体矿石进行了合理的浮选细度及配矿试验研究。以3#矿体为中心,进行了单种矿体矿石浮选试验、2种和3种矿体矿石的配矿浮选试验。其结果表明:在各矿体矿石的最佳入选细度、最佳配矿比例,及保证回收率的前提下,可提高金精矿品位,为该金矿的生产提供指导和参考。

In light of ore property change and field production conditions in a gold mine of Fujian,experimental research on reasonable flotation fineness and ore blending is carried out toward ores from each orebody in the mine. The paper takes 3 #orebody as the main research subject,carries out the flotation test on single orebody ore and the ore blending flotation test of 2 and 3 orebodies ore.The results show that with optimal fineness and ore blending proportion and no concentrate spills,the gold concentrate grade can be increased.It can be reference and guidance for the gold mine production.
