印尼某铅锌矿石属于含碳多金属硫化矿石。根据其矿石性质,采用预先除碳—浮铅—再选锌的优先浮选工艺流程进行铅、锌分离试验研究。其结果表明:在最佳条件下,浮选闭路试验获得了铅品位51.16%、锌品位4.37%、铅回收率87.15%的铅精矿,锌品位57.42%、铅品位0.73%、锌回收率81.80%的锌精矿,指标较好。
One lead-zinc ore in Indonesia is a carbonaceous polymetallic sulfide ore.According to the ore prop-erty,a preferential flotation process was adopted,during which carbon was removed first,and then lead was floated be-fore zinc was recovered,to conduct the experimental study on lead and zinc separation.The results show that under op-timal conditions,closed circuit flotation can obtain a lead concentrate with lead grade of 51.16 %,zinc grade of 4.37% and lead recovery rate of 87.15%;and a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 57.42%,lead grade of 0.73%and zinc recovery rate of 81.80 %,indicating satisfactory indexes.
