选用SE-30大口径毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器( FID),使用N2000色谱工作站,采用峰面积归一法,建立了气相色谱分析乙硫氨酯的方法。当乙硫氨酯的体积分数为95%~98%时,采用该方法与《YS/T 357—1994乙硫氨酯的技术条件》中硝酸汞滴定法的分析结果进行比较,相对标准偏差为0.04%~0.06%。该气相色谱分析方法适用于以异丙基黄药、氯乙酸、纯碱和一乙胺为原料而合成的乙硫氨酯分析。
The analysis method of ( CH3 ) 2 CHOC ( S ) NHC2 H5 by gas chromatography is established based on peak area normalization method,employing SE-30 large caliber capillary columns and FID as well as N2000 chroma-tography workstation.The RSD is 0.04%to 0.06%according to the comparison of the method and Hg(NO3)2 titra-tion of the Technical Conditions of YS/T 357 -1994 ( CH3 ) 2 CHOC ( S ) NHC2 H5 , when the volume fraction of (CH3)2CHOC(S)NHC2H5 is 95 % to 98 %.The gas chromatographical analysis is applicable to the synthesized ( CH3 ) 2 CHOC( S) NHC2 H5 by C4 H7 NaOS2 ,C2 H3 ClO2 ,NaOH and C2 H7 N.
