提金活性炭再生是全泥氰化炭浆法生产企业降本增效的主要途径之一,其再生技术的研究具有重要意义.简要介绍了提金活性炭再生技术改进的必要性及传统热再生工艺在黄金行业应用的技术瓶颈,以实际案例着重表述了常温常压湿法炭再生新工艺及良好的应用效果,新工艺具有市场推广价值.
The regeneration of activated carbon after gold extraction is one of the most effective ways to reduce cost and improve profits for enterprises in the process of all-slime cyanidation .Thus,the research of regeneration tech-nology is of great significance .The paper briefly introduces the necessity of renovating activated carbon regeneration technology and the technical bottleneck of conventional thermal regeneration process applied in gold industry ,emphasi-zes the new process of NPT ( normal pressure and temperature ) wet regeneration and its good application outcome with actual cases .The new process has promotion potentials in the market .
