急倾斜极薄矿脉开采存在作业空间狭小、深部地压强烈、配矿困难等问题,国内外矿山普遍存在着采矿损失率大、矿石贫化率高,脉外采准工程量大,机械化程度低,工人劳动强度大,地压管理难,经济效益差等不足.以大柳行金矿燕山矿区急倾斜极薄矿脉开采为工程背景,介绍了无底柱浅孔留矿嗣后充填采矿法开采试验过程.工程应用表明:无底柱浅孔留矿嗣后充填采矿法具有生产能力大,工艺过程简单,采矿成本低等优点;可有效防止地表塌陷,提高矿石回收率,延长矿山服务年限,使企业的经济效益增长显著,具有一定的推广价值.
Problems like narrow work space ,intense deep ground pressure and difficult ore blending have haunted the mining of steeply inclined and extremely thin veins .High loss rate,high dilution rate,huge preparation work,low mechanization level ,intense manual labor ,difficult ground management ,poor economic profits and so on commonly oc-cur to domestic and overseas mines .The paper takes the steeply inclined and extremely thin veins in Yanshan mining district of Daliuhang gold mine as the research subject ,introduces the mining and experiment process of shrinkage and filing without sill pillars method .Engineering practice shows that the shrinkage and filing without sill pillars method has large production capability , simple process flowsheet as well as low mining costs; ground collapse is effectively prevented ,extraction rate of ores is improved ,service life of mines is prolonged ,making significant increase in econom-ic profits for enterprises .The method is worth promotion .
