为了减少或消除某黄金冶炼企业氰化尾矿浆综合治理过程中产生的泡沫,研究了不同消泡剂在不同pH条件下对氰化尾矿浆的消泡能力;同时,选择消泡效果最好的BL-6303消泡剂,考察了其对氰化尾矿浆综合治理效果的影响.试验结果表明:BL-6303消泡剂能够满足处理工艺的需要,在添加量为0.25‰的条件下,酸化吹脱工艺中HCN回收率为95.60%,氧化工艺SCN-转化为CN-过程中CN-回收率可达到80%以上.该黄金冶炼企业氰化尾矿浆经综合治理后产生的氰化尾矿渣(含水率约为25%)为一般工业固体废物.

To reduce or eliminate the froth produced in the comprehensive treatment process dealing with cyanide tailings pulp in one gold smelting company,the paper studies the efficacy of different froth-eliminating agents in different pH values;at the same time,BL-6303 that performs the best is selected and investigated about its effect on cyanide tailings pulp treatment.The results show that the BL-6303 can meet the treatment requirements;with its addition at 0.25 ‰,the acidification-air stripping process obtains a 95.60 % recovery rate of HCN and the oxidation process changing SCN-to CN-can recover over 80 % CN-.The cyanide tailings pulp is comprehensively treated into cyanide tailings slag(water content at approximately 25 %) that is common industrial solid waste.
