天井施工是矿山开采过程中的一个重要环节,采用深孔多孔球状药包爆破一次成井的方法进行天井施工是一种较为新颖的技术.在对爆破漏斗理论进行模拟研究的基础上,通过对不同参数下的爆破设计进行QED软件模拟,进而分析其爆破时的能量分布,降低爆破成井过程中夹滞性对其的影响,提高深孔多孔球状药包爆破一次成井效果.
Shaft construction is an important step in mining.This paper adcpts the methcd of shaft sinking by single long-hole and multi-hole blasting of spherical cartridge,which is a relatively new techique.Based on the simulation of the blasting crater theory,the paper simulates blasting designs of different parameters with the QED software,and then analyzes the blasting energy distribution to reduce the clamp hysteresis effect and to improve the effect of shaft sinking by single long-hole and multi-hole blasting of spherical cartridge.
