福建某铜钼矿尾中K2 O质量分数为5.32%,Na2 O质量分数为2.49%,采用碱法工艺代替传统的酸法工艺进行处理回收长石,工艺流程为反浮选云母—反浮选石英—长石粗精矿磁选除铁.试验最终获得长石精矿中K2 O质量分数为7.48%、总回收率为39.89%,Na2 O质量分数为3.91%、总回收率为43.78%.该长石精矿符合玻璃及玻璃制品、陶瓷、磨料等原料标准.
One copper-molybdenum tailings from Fujian contain K2 O and Na2 O. Their mass concentrations are 5. 32 % and 2. 49 % respectively. The alkaline process was used instead of the acid process to recover feldspar. The process includes stages of reverse flotation of mica,reverse flotation of quartz and magnetic separation removing iron from feldspar concentrates. The mass concentration of K2 O in the concentrates obtained by the test is 7. 48 %,that of Na2 O is 3. 91 %,and the total recovery rates of K2 O and Na2 O are 39. 89 % and 43. 78 % respectively. The feldspar concentrates meet the standards required for raw materials of glass,glass products,ceramic and abrasives.
