针对某黄金生产企业含氰尾矿进行水洗试验研究,分析尾矿中氰化物的分布状况和存在形态,考察液矿比、洗脱次数、搅拌速度、洗脱时间、pH等对氰化物洗脱率的影响,并采用长春黄金研究院自主研发的含氰尾矿洗涤药剂CHXT01进行对比试验.试验结果表明:含氰尾矿中氰化物的药洗效果比水洗好;在液矿比3∶1、搅拌速度800 r/min、药剂投加量0.2 g/L、洗脱时间0.5 h、洗脱 1次条件下,可将含氰尾矿洗脱至第Ⅱ类一般工业固体废物;在液矿比5∶1、搅拌速度800 r/min、药剂投加量0.2 g/L、洗脱时间0.5 h、洗脱2次条件下,可将含氰尾矿洗脱至第Ⅰ类一般工业固体废物.试验可为黄金生产企业含氰尾矿的工程处理提供参考.
Experimental research on rinsing cyanide tailings from a gold mining enterprise with water has been carried out.The research analyzed the distribution status and occurrence form of cyanide in the tailings,investigated the effect the factors of liquid-tailings ratio,rinsing times,agitation speed,rinsing time and pH had on the rinsing rate of cyanide,and conducted contrast test using CHXT01,an innovative cyanide tailings rinsing agent developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute.The test results show that the rinsing effect of cyanide tailings with chemical agents is better than water;with liquid-tailings ratio 3∶1,agitation speed 800 r/min,reagent dosage 0.2 g/L,rinsing time 0.5 h and 1 rinsing time,the cyanide tailings can be rinsed to common industrial solid wasteⅡ;with liquid-tailings ratio 5∶1,agitation speed 800 r/min,reagent dosage 0.2 g/L,rinsing time 0.5 h,and 2 rinsing times,the cyanide tailings can be rinsed to common industrial solid wasteⅠ.The experiment can be used as reference by gold mining enterprises in treating cyanide tailings.
