根据层状硅酸盐(黏土)可增强聚合物纳米复合材料阻燃性能的研究进展,本文综述了聚合物/层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的制备方法,指出熔融插层是一种高效可行、环境友好的制备方法;从硅酸盐在纳米复合材料中产生的阻碍效应、自由基诱导效应,网状结构三个方面详细讨论了层状硅酸盐在纳米复合材料中的阻燃机理;最后,指出目前聚合物/层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料在阻燃研究中尚存在的问题,并对其开发应用前景进行了展望。
The preparation methods of polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites were summarized , based on the research progress on the flame retardance of layer silicate(clay) reinforced polymer nano‐composites .It is pointed out that melt intercalation is a highly effective and environmental friendly production method .The flame retardance mechanism of layered silicates in nanocomposites was dis‐cussed in details from three aspects ,including barrier effect ,network structure and radical trapping , which produced by silicates in nanocomposites .At last ,it is pointed out that there are still problems existing in the current flame retardance research of polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites ,and the future development of flame retarded polymer nanocomposites is prospected .
