本文归纳了近些年国内外关于Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe系锆合金第二相方面的一些重要研究结果,总结了Sn,Nb,Fe等合金元素对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe系锆合金中第二相特征(晶体结构、成分、尺寸、分布等)的影响规律,分析了第二相在加工热处理过程中的析出及演变机制,并指出如何改善第二相类型、尺寸、分布等的一些措施.
The present paper summarized abundant crucial results about the second phase particles (SPPs)for Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe zirconium alloy in the recent years,and systematically analyzed the influence of alloy elements (Sn,Nb,Fe,etc.)on the intrinsic characteristics (crystallographic structure,mi-crochemistries,size,distribution,etc.)of SPPs.The precipitation and evolution mechanism of SPPs were analyzed during the processing and thermal treatment process.In addition,some measures to im-prove the type,size and distribution of SPPs were presented in the paper.
