以羽毛角蛋白(FK)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为原料,甘油为增塑剂,采用浇铸法制备FK与CMC共混复合膜.采用红外光谱分析(FTIR-ATR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)初步表征了复合膜的结构和性能.FTIR结果表明FK与CMC之间发生了美拉德反应(Maillard reac-tion),XRD结果表明CMC的加入破坏了FK的结晶程度,两者间发生的Maillard反应可能使复合膜生成新的结晶,同时甘油的添加也使得复合膜的结晶程度下降.DSC结果显示,FK/CMC共混物在110~160℃之间具有唯一的Tg,说明CMC与FK之间具有较好的相容性.TG结果表明,CMC的加入增强了复合膜的热稳定性.
