为适应21世纪“绿色化学”发展的需要,化学反应向着溶剂和催化剂对环境的无毒害作用方向发展.由于酶是一种绿色、高效和专一化的催化剂,离子液体被誉为绿色溶剂,所以有关离子液体中酶催化反应方面的研究备受研究者的关注,为此对离子液体中酶促有机合成反应、酶促聚合反应和离子液体的物理化学性质对酶的活性和稳定性的影响进行了综述.
