氧化物热电材料是近年研究的热点之一,钴氧化物因具有优良的高温稳定性、抗氧化性、低成本和易于大规模生产等优点而受到人们的广泛关注,被认为是很有使用价值的热电材料,很多学者在此方面进行了大量的研究。详细介绍了元素掺杂对热电性能的影响,从物理机制上分析了掺杂元素的半径和价态对 Ca3 Co4 O9和 Nax Co2 O4热电性能的影响,为热电材料的进一步研究提供了依据。
Oxide thermoelectric materials is one of the research hot spots in recent years,in which cobalt oxides have attracted considerable attention and been considered as a very useful thermoelectric material due to their high tem-perature stability,oxidation resistance,low cost and ease of mass production.There are a lot of works which have been done in this field.Herein,the effects of doped elements on the thermoelectric properties of Ca3 Co4 O9 and Nax Co2 O4 are reviewed.In addition,the physical mechanism of thermoelectric properties is discussed in terms of the radius and valence state of doped ions,which provides the basis for the further study of thermoelectric materials.
