为探索造纸剩余物竹屑高效利用新途径,采用挤出成型工艺制备竹质纤维-高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,探讨了不同质量分数竹屑对复合材料力学和热学性能的影响.结果表明:当竹屑质量分数为70%时,竹质纤维-HDPE复合材料综合力学性能较优;加入竹屑降低了复合材料起始分解温度,但提高了其高温耐烧蚀性;竹质纤维-HDPE复合材料结晶度随着竹屑质量分数的增加先上升后降低,当竹屑质量分数为60%时,复合材料结晶度较高,玻璃化转变温度最高,在承受动态载荷时刚性好,热变形小.
