在水相中利用七肽7AAP 与磷钨酸(PTA)进行自组装,制备了7AAP/PTA 复合胶体球形颗粒。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外可见分光光谱(UV-Vis)等分析方法对自组装行为进行了研究。实验结果表明,7AAP 与 PTA 在酸性条件下能自组装形成球形颗粒。当 pH 为5、PTA 与7AAP 的物质的量比为1∶4.5时,获得的球形颗粒分散性良好,形状规整。此外,该颗粒具有较好的温度敏感性,可能在药物缓释方面具有潜在应用。

7AAP was assembled into novel hybrid colloidal spheres by regulating agent-PTA in the aqueous condition.The assembled hybrid colloidal spheres were characterized by FTIR,SEM and UV-Vis.The results showed that 7AAP and PTA could assemble into spherical particles in the acidic conditions.The colloidal spheres with uniform shape and good dispersion could be obtained when the pH value of aqueous phase was 5 and the molar ratio of PTA and 7AAP was 1 ∶4.5.Moreover,the as-prepared hybrid colloidal spheres were temperature sensitive.This could be a potential carrier for drug controlled release.
