采用原子转移自由基可控聚合法(ATRP)成功合成了二氧化碳响应的聚苯乙烯嵌段聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(PS-b-PDMAEMA),通过电导率的变化证明了其响应性的存在。同时,发现在常温常压下 PS-b-PD-MAEMA 因其独特的 CO2刺激响应性可以与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)发生接枝反应,从而获得了结晶性显著增强的新型聚合物。采用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等手段对产物的结构和性能进行了表征,结果表明 SDS 与 PDMAEMA 中质子化的叔胺基团发生接枝反应,从而延长了增侧链的长度并引发规整排列,实现了结晶性的显著增强。

CO2 responsive polymer polystyrene-block-poly (2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)PS-b-PD-MAEMA was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP).CO2 response was confirmed by the con-ductivity test.A special reaction was also found that PS-PDMAEMA could react with dodecyl sulfate sodium salt (SDS)under CO2 at room temperature.The product showed stronger crystallization behavior,which was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy (IR),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Results showed that SDS was grafted with the protonated tertiary amines,inducing the length increase of side chain.The long side chain could arrange regularly and result in the improvement of the crystallization performance.
