黏结剂对于硅基锂离子电池性能起着至关重要的作用.提出采用水性、二价多糖化合物海藻酸镁作为黏结剂,提高硅负极锂电性能的思想.研究工作显示,相比常用的羧甲基纤维素钠黏结剂,采用海藻酸镁黏结剂的硅基锂离子电池具有更好的循环性能,在较高电流密度下具有更高的可逆充放电比容量.200 mA/g电流密度下,100次循环后容量仍保持在1500mAh/g左右.在1000mA/g电流密度下,可逆比容量仍然有大约1300mA/g.海藻酸镁黏结剂对于硅负极锂离子电池性能的改善作用可能与二价镁离子对海藻酸盐能够诱导起到交联作用,从而增强其对于硅纳米粒子的黏结有关.研究成果显示海藻酸镁有希望成为一种新型高性能水性硅基锂离子电池黏结剂.
