采用TiCl4水解法制备了表面分别包覆硬脂酸(Stearic acid,SA)、甲基丙烯酸(Methacrylic acid,MAA)的TiO2纳米颗粒.分别利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、电化学等技术对制备得到的TiO2进行了系列表征.结果表明,羧基结合在TiO2界面,可以促进界面极化,增强电子-声子耦合,从而产生自束缚激子态.这些束缚态作为更有效的界面态能级,造成了吸收光谱的红移和室温下的发光行为.表面活性剂的存在明显降低了TiO2的禁带宽度,实现了光谱响应范围向可见光的拓展,表面活性剂的链长也可以用于控制光生激子的寿命和弛豫过程,从而产生不同的物理性质,有利于优化TiO2在光电器件中的应用.
