介电材料的选择以及介电层的制备是介电润湿器件制作工艺中最关键的部分，在介电润湿器件中，介电层不仅是其重要组成部分，也是影响器件实用性能和具体应用领域的关键。首先简述了介电润湿驱动的原理以及介电材料的选取原则，然后在结合国内外该领域研究现状的基础上对已报道的介电材料在各类介电润湿器件中的应用实例进行了归纳，最后对目前介电材料在应用中出现的问题以及解决方法进行了讨论。
Dielectric material selection and preparation of dielectric layer are the critical steps in the fabrication process of electrowetting-on-dielectric (EWOD)devices.The dielectric layer is not only an important part of the EWOD device,but also the key influence factor for the performance and application of the device.In this paper,the EWOD actuating theory and selection principle of dielectric material are introduced briefly,and then the applications of dielectric materials in various EWOD devices are summarized based on the present studies at home and abroad.Final-ly,problems and solutions in the application of dielectric materials in EWOD devices are discussed.
