以 Fe(NO3)3·9 H2 O为原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为表面活性剂,NaOH、Na2 CO3、CH3 COONa 为形貌改变剂,采用水热法制备出不同形貌的α-Fe2 O3,并研究了不同因素对产物形貌的影响。利用 SEM、EDS、XRD、FT-IR等手段对其物相及微观形貌进行表征,并探讨其生长机理。通过光催化降解酸性大红模拟废水考察不同形貌α-Fe2 O3的光催化性能,实验结果表明,类桑葚状α-Fe2 O3对酸性大红模拟废水的降解效果最好,降解率高达99.01%,具有潜在的光催化应用前景。
α-Fe2 O3 with different morphologies were fabricated through hydrothermal method using Fe (NO3 )3 · 9 H2 O as raw material,PVP as surfactant,NaOH,Na2 CO3 ,CH3 COONa as morphology change agent,and the effects of different factors on the morphology of products were studied.The samples′phase compositions and morphologies were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR,and the growth mechanism was discussed.The catalytic properties ofα-Fe2 O3 with different morphologies were studied by using acid scarlet as simulated contaminant.The results showed that mulberry-likeα-Fe2 O3 has the best catalytic performance for acid scarlet solution with a degradation rate of 99.01%,which inferred a potential photocatalytic application.
