采用快凝甩带技术制备了6组不同 Ti 含量的(Al-10Si-20Cu-0.05Ce)-xTi 急冷箔状钎料,并对 SiCp/6063Al复合材料进行真空钎焊,然后对钎料及接头的显微组织和性能进行分析。结果表明,急冷箔较常规铸态钎料的组织细小、均匀;固、液相线降低,熔化区间变窄;随着 Ti 含量的增加,急冷箔中片状 Al-Si-Ti 金属间化合物相增多,导致钎料脆性增加;6组钎料在复合材料上润湿性较差,但在6063Al 合金上润湿性良好。在580℃钎焊温度、保温30 min条件下,采用1%Ti含量急冷箔状钎料成功连接了 SiCp/6063 Al 复合材料,钎焊接头组织致密、完整,急冷箔状钎料与6063Al合金基体连接界面可进行充分的冶金结合,且接头剪切强度达到104.9 MPa;钎焊前采用夹具增加接头压力可显著提高接头的连接质量。
Filler metal foils with composition of (Al-10Si-20Cu-0.05Ce)-xTi (wt%,x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 and 2.5)were obtained by means of rapid solidification technique and then vacuum brazing were carried on the SiCp/6063Al composites.The microstructures and properties of rapidly-cooled foils and brazed joints were analyzed.Ex-perimental results indicated that the foils presented fine and uniform microstructure,and both their solidus and liqui-dus temperature were reduced,and molten area became smaller compared with the general casting filler metals.How-ever,with the increase of Ti,flaky Al-Si-Ti intermetallic compounds were formed which led to the increase of brittle-ness of the foils.Moreover,the wettability is poor on the composites,but excellent on the 6063Al matrix alloy.Using (Al-10Si-20Cu-0.05Ce)-1Ti foil as filler,compact joints of SiCp/6063Al composites were achieved at 580 ℃for 30 min,and the shearing strength was up to 104.9 MPa.Add pressure by clamping the filler metal and the 6063Al ma-trix before brazing can improve the joint quality.
