垂直定向碳纳米管独特的结构和性能使其成为碳纳米管领域的研究热点,而可控制备是其重点研究方向之一。概述了近年来垂直定向碳纳米管的常用制备方法(热化学气相沉积和等离子体增强化学气相沉积)及其影响因素,以及垂直定向碳纳米管在热界面、光电、场发射和传感器方面的研究进展,重点介绍了一些具有优异性能的研究领域以及存在的问题。

Vertically aligned carbon nanotubes have recently attracted many researchers′interest in carbon nanotubes field due to its unique structure and excellent properties,and the controllable preparation is one of the most important research frontiers.This paper reviews on the preparation method and its influencing factors of aligned car-bon nanotube arrays by thermal chemical vapor deposition (TCVD)and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD),as well as the application progress about vertically aligned carbon nanotubes in thermal interface,photoe-lectric,field emission and sensor regions,focusing on the research field with the excellent performance and challenges.
