综述了厚截面复合材料固化热化学行为、残余应力以及力学性能厚度效应的研究进展，重点阐述了厚度效应对材料固化温度场和固化度分布的影响、厚截面复合材料残余应力的理论和实验研究进展，同时还介绍了一种适用于测量厚截面复合材料残余应力的方法———深孔法，并在此基础上对厚度效应的研究前景进行了展望。
In this paper,the research process of thermo-chemistry behavior,residual stress,and thickness effect for thick-section composites is reviewed.The influence of thickness effect on the temperature field and the dis-tribution of curing degree,and the theoretical and experimental research progress of the residual stress of thick-section composites were emphatically described.Then,a deep-hole method,used for measurement of residual stress in thick-section composites,is introduced.Finally,the research prospect of thickness effect is proposed based on present stu-dies.
