对一种以炭化的碳纳米管复合纸为电极的超级电容器进行了研究。纸纤维为基体,碳纳米管为功能材料,将分散好的碳纳米管与纸纤维混合均匀抽滤,制成碳纳米管复合纸,碳纳米管复合纸在真空炉中经1460℃炭化。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)和拉曼光谱仪对其进行分析。以1 mol/L的 LiPF6为电解液,对以炭化碳纳米管复合纸作电极的超级电容器进行循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗谱测试。扫描速率为1 mV/s时,炭化碳纳米管复合纸电极的比容量达到105 F/g;放电电流为12 mA 时,比能量和比功率分别为22 Wh/kg、1.5 kW/kg,表现出良好的超级电容器性能。
The present study aims on carbonized carbon nanotubes (CNTs)composite paper as electrode for su-percapacitors.CNTs were synthesized via chemical vapor deposition (CVD)and dispersed in water using SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfonate)as dispersant.Paper fibers were mixed with dispersed CNTs by speed-cutting procedure in water, and the composite paper was obtained by vacuum filtration,carbonized in vacuum furnace at 1460 ℃.The resultant composite paper was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD)and Raman spectroscopy.The electrochemical performance of the supercapacitor fabricated using this composite paper was tested by cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge/discharge and electro-chemical impedance with 1 mol/L LiPF6 as electrolyte.The testing results indicated an excellent performance of the fabricated supercapacitor:a maximum capacitance of 105 F/g at a scan rate of 1 mV/s,a specific energy of 22 Wh/kg and a specific power of 1 .5 kW/kg at a discharge current of 1 2 mA.
