α-Sialon透明陶瓷具有优异的力学性能、化学稳定性以及抗热震性,被认为是一种具有潜在应用价值的光学材料。综述了各种稀土离子以及碱(土)离子 Li+、Mg2+、Ca2+稳定的α-Sialon 透明陶瓷的研究现状,介绍了α-Sialon透光性的影响因素及最新进展,最后对α-Sialon透明陶瓷未来的发展进行了展望。

Transparentα-Sialon ceramic displays excellent mechanical properties,chemical stability and thermal shock resistance,etc,and has been considered as a promising optical material.In this paper,research progress on transparentα-Sialon ceramics stabilized with various rare-earth cations and Li+,Mg2+,Ca2+ is reviewed.In addition, influence factors on the optical transmission ofα-Sialon ceramics and the latest development are also introduced.Finally we briefly discuss the future research trend of this transparent material provoking wide concern.
